It is extremely difficult to put into works the emotions one feels for a fireworks display. But I will try.

Dick Lane and his expert crew of pyrotechnicians have put on a fireworks display at Riverboat Days for the past 3 years. The displays have been breathtaking. His crew does a superb job of orchestrating the display with a crescendo at the end that is just plain spectacular.

Perhaps the most important part of a fireworks display is the crowds they attract. The crowds coming to our event for the fireworks displays have been far greater than we would have ever imagined. And to the credit of Dick and his crew, the comments have been outstanding. The majority of people coming to Riverboat Days come from within one day's driving distance. This encompasses some pretty good sized cities and yet we hear comments of how our fireworks display outshines fireworks displays in towns and cities many times our size.

If you are looking to get the most bang for your buck, I can give no higher recommendation to Dick Lane and his crew.
